Stefano Rusticali and Murielle Minchella more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality business. True to their Italian roots, Stefano and Murielle give their guests at La Terrazza an opportunity to experience the best that Italy has to offer. Using only the best Italian ingredients they give their guests an Italian experience like no other in Nairobi.
Our executive chef Claudio Panico brings on board years of experience and a unique culinary experience. Chef Claudio’s aim is to bring out the different cultures and dishes found across Italy. He visits our establishment twice a year to train our kitchen staff on the correct preparation techniques and also to impart a traditional Italian cooking culture from home made pastas found in the North to classic dishes such as Stuffed Squid found in the South.
